It was small decals for a model car, so it fit in a regular envelope that should have been the cost of .73 cent stamp to mail. I feel like $4.50 is a bit excessive for “shipping,” particularly when it took over took weeks to arrive.

Had an issue with some damage during shipping and I was offered a full refund if I returned the item. I countered with just received a partial refund back and keeping the truck which was accepted. The refund was issued promptly and communication was always prompt.
