I have official Windsor & Newton half pans, and the feel when painting, as well as texture, gloss and movement with water was not anywhere near the same for these. The mauve colour was nice, however the white and light cyan were glittery for some reason, and they don't stay on the page like my other colours - they seem to almost stay soaked for longer. I contacted the seller who replied immediately. I was offered a replacement or full refund. I opted for refund as time had run out on the project I was working on. The seller refunded me straight away. They were very curteous and a good seller in my opinion. It was just an unfortunate mistake.
