Costume may have been new, but bag costume placed in had lots of plant material in it; dried up stems/leaves and what looked like orange pollen. The costume smelled really bad. Contacted seller and they told me to contact USPS because of the liquid. And they don't give refunds. I washed the exact same costume, and it didn't fade! (See photo). Scammers often buy and then file a complaint against the seller two or three days before Halloween. Then they use the costume and get their money back. That's the whole trick.THIS IS A SCAM!
