The packaging was good and it arrived in a box that was handled well by the postal offices. The listing said everything was included, unfortunately the headset was not present though. Doesn't matter much to me, however, I can imagine there are people that would care. A small gift being included was as nice touch to be greeted with when opening the box, much appreciated! I thought that one of the big green bags had a headset in it, but double checking at it now, it was a HDMI cable instead. That was my mistake! I have sent you a refund of 20 eur as I have seen brand new Xbox 360 headset around that price.
