The delivery company messed up though, but the seller of the skis acted proactively and followed-up the shipment. Just as I was going to contact them they reached out to me. They corrected a third party had messed up and shortly after the shipment arrived - that's good service. I would definitely by form them again.

Der Einkauf hier verlief zwar etwas holprig, weil die Artikelbeschreibung unterschiedlich gedeutet werden konnte und wurde..., aber Kundenservice wird hier auf jeden Fall großgeschrieben.
