No contact, to ask if I was okay with a sub, just sent it. The feathers are nice and of good quality. I look for 3 things, when rating a Seller, 1. Did the item arrive on time? 2. Is the item as described in the listing? 3. Was the item packed to keep it safe? 1. Yes, item arrived on time. 2. No, item was not as described 3. No,not packed to save damage. These feathers literally arrived to me yesterday almost exactly 2 weeks from when I told you I would have them. You lied on the feedback and said it has been over 3 weeks. It's been 14 days since we made this agreement. I had no obligation to communicate anything to you other than when I ship them.
