They seem to be a reliable seller. However, the product itself is completely useless. It does nothing for sleep apnea, and is nothing more than 2 tiny fans that create no airflow whatsoever, I can't imagine how this could be of help to anyone, and I am ashamed of myself for falling for the hype.

I’m a seller also, I’ve had to really watch out for what I put in the pictures. But they handled it very nicely after I asked for a refund. I got a label and shipped it back. As soon as they got notified it shipped they refunded me! I really appreciated that!! Thank you. I would shop in your store again because of the way you handled my situation.
