I ordered a 46 regular in jacket and a 40 in pants in which I oversized to be safe. The jacket and pants were not close. The sizes do not appear to be based on standard American sizes. However, the quality of the jacket and pants appeared to be good. Very good on returns and quick to reply

I ordered a size 38S, and it fits exactly as advertised, although it is a "modern fit," and I usually wear slim fitting shirts and suits. The jacket build quality and lining were surprisingly good. The pants left room to be desired: they had some loose strings in the pockets, the belt loops felt cheap and were not very durable looking, and the pant cuffs were unhemmed, with just a factory stitch going around the bottom.
