In these Terms and Conditions, the person or Company who has placed an Order with us is referred to as ‘the customer’ which expression shall include any principal of which behalf the person or Company placing the Order is acting as Agent. The customers’ Order is accepted subject to these Terms and Conditions only which shall override any Terms and Conditions stipulated by the customer whether in his enquiry or Order Form or otherwise. The placing of an Order with us shall be deemed to be acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.12. General
 
1.1 The validity, legality or enforce-ability of any part of these terms and conditions will be unaffected by the invalidity, illegality or unenforce-ability of any individual part of these term and conditions.

2. Prices
 
Prices are those ruling at the time of delivery. All prices quoted or verbally are excluding delivery charges and VAT, unless stated otherwise.
 
3. Claims
 
Complaints regarding damage or non delivery cannot be entertained unless notified to us within 7 days of receipt. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address, we reserve the right to recover our shipping costs. This is usually deducted from the refund.
 
4. Privacy Policy
 
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
 
5. Delivery Policy
 
We use a variety of couriers at our discretion depending on the customer location and nature of goods purchased. If we use Royal Mail, all our items are sent using Royal Mail 48. If we use a courier, time-frame can vary depending on the order placed, however all orders are usually delivered within 1 – 5 working days. The main couriers we use are UK Mail and Parcelforce. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address, we reserve the right to recover our shipping costs. This is usually deducted from the refund.
 
6. Refund and Cancellation Policy
 
An order may be cancelled at any time between the placement of the order and up to 30 working days following delivery of the goods.
Refunds will be issued within 30 working days of receipt of goods and after the Seller has inspected them for damage. The Seller reserves the right to withhold all or part of the Buyer s refund if items are returned damaged. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address, we reserve the right to recover our shipping costs. This is usually deducted from the refund.
