After paying $1500 to drill out bolts and install the "refurbished" turbo, it did not work. There is no way for a reasonable person to test a turbo before installing it. These guys know this and rely on people not sending back their junk turbos. When I provide pictures and documentation and asked for a reasonable solution, they just ignore. Unprofessional. We messaged a couple times on eBay with no response, we had to track them down another way and the short story ends with us getting a refund. Because they had none in stock and nothing ready to ship.
