First of all, please contact seller first before you leave any feedback. May I know if you have followed our "masking method" during the installation? You will need to use backing paper to mask 90% of the sticker to start the installation. If you tried to install these large 15" panel straight up, chances are you will end up ripping the sticker due to constantly pulling the sticker off from laptop. thank you

I ship larger packages out at the price they charger for shipping. Other than that, quality of their skins is very good, and one of the main reasons I keep coming back. Can't argue against it.
