I spent $400 on a pc that was never sent to me, tracking said shipping label was created but they didn’t have the package for two weeks. I reached out and asked when it would ship and they said they already gave the package to ups and would look into it but they never got back to me about it. The first computer was damaged during shipping and he took it back right away and promptly replaced it. I thought the seller was easy to work with. The second computer arrived in just 8 days and had no problems. Since I had requested modifications to the computer that was being sold, I thought it was fast. The price was very reasonable and my grandsons are thrilled with their new computers. They look great!
