    the seller was responsive and when i requested for a refund the seller did issue it back with no issues I only requested refund because the item was running late and wasn't sure when it would airrve since the carrier didn't offer live tracking and no customer service number but the item ended up coming the next day so everything worked out the seller get a 5 star but I recommend to use a better shipping carrier so the package can be tracked better. the item came as described.

    The item arrived timely but with the package damaged. Seller confirmed that they would provide either a discount if the item was not damaged, or a full refund if it was. It was not damaged, but as I went to install it I realized I ordered the wrong kind of part. I let the seller know, and they kindly refunded my money and said I didn't need to return the part. Excellent customer service!

    Arrived as described new in box. Looks great. Great value. Only thing was it was supposed to arrive on the 5th of November, but did not arrive until the 7th. It caused a minor hiccup. It was NOT the sellers fault but the fault of FedEx. I used this as a lamp shade for a lamp I built for a friend.
