They remained in constant contact (from ordering / to shipping / to delivery) and they left no stone unturned. I really appreciated their professionalism from start to finish. The Crocs arrived in a timely manner and were well packaged. FYI -- I have a wide and thick foot and I don't find these Crocs as comfortable as the Classic Croc but I am still going to keep them. I just wanted to let others know...
