The couriers were a bit of a problem but The Photography shop handled the situation very professionally and sorted out everything very promptly. I would be happy to buy from them again and recommend them to other people too.

The seller apologised very speedily & informed me that the item I wanted was no longer in stock. Complaints? None at all. My money was refunded in full without my asking & a postage paid label was sent for me to return the item. Thephotographyshop puts excellent customer service first & deals with problems swiftly & professionally. Items were tracked and delivered quickly. One thing to note was this company is quick to answer any questions or queries and give good advice. I’m new to photography so found them very helpful.
