My poster was shipped promptly, but the USPS, through no fault of the seller, sent it on a detour. After a week of no updates to the tracking I reached out and the customer service this seller provided was phenomenal. He reached out to the USPS and they were able to find the package and get it to me. He did a fantastic job of packing the poster and it arrived in mint condition. I’m grateful for this seller going above and beyond for me
