The listing clearly states the food is in PAPER packs yet they sent me NASTY PLASTIC! I intentionally ordered the PAPER because we want to stay away from plastic whenever we can. Then the box came so damaged not even HALF of what I ordered were in the box. The seller told me they would refund me an insulting 15% because this happened which is absolutely not acceptable and a joke. I said I should have it a bare minimum 50% refunded!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!

They were great and very accommodating. It does seem, though, that it is difficult to package the Sparkling Apple Juice and have it ship unscathed. I've ordered from two other companies in the past and had as many as all the bottles broken. At least this seller is great about helping the customer. I had to wait several days for the item to be shipped, so I don't know why the cancellation was not allowed. I tried to return the item, but the return shipping charge was half the price of the item.
