Seller replied that the hotshoe is not standard but I made the decision to buy this camera because of the hotshoe. I don’t understand why he posted pictures of item with hotshoe but then remove it before delivery. Description did not say hotshoe would be removed and not included. Otherwise I would have bought another listing without hotshoe but complete with box. In terms of the non-standard generic hot shoe appeared in the photos, I acknowledged the difference and apologized for it. Otherwise, we both agreed that the photos showed actual condition.
