It works perfect, just the way it’s supposed to. But for me it’s uncomfortable and creates painful irritation. I have average size ears and it hurts. My ear still hurts 15 minutes after removal. May be good for Alfred E. Neumann or Dumbo but this style earbud without a soft silicone tip isn’t ideal for me.

White one seems to have poorer sound quality than the pink, and announcements are in Chinese. Battery life is slightly better than the pink one, but still only a few hours tops.
