Hat lob sided but the worst was their communication. I asked for pictures to approve before sending - pic received and very disappointing - disapproved. Refund requested since hat was never sent . It is darker than it appears in the picture, more of a charcoal grey, which is perfect for me, since the coat I am modifying into a Confederate Navy Captain's dress coat is almost exactly the same shade. It did take a bit of a wait to get it, but it was worth it.
