    great communication, they called me personally to tell me of damage to one of the panels i ordered and gave me the option of waiting for a few weeks or a lower priced option which she said all come from the same manufacturer the companies just put their own name on. went with the other brand and the promptly refunded the difference and i had them within a week. had another set on order from another company that have been on backorder now going on 5 months with a possible delivery date 3 months
