The game itself - although not new - was in perfectly playable condition. The seller still replied to me regarding the packaging as it affected the appearance of the original game carton. The seller resolved the issue 100%. Will definitely buy again from this seller if items match our needs. My mistake. The seller replied to my complaint today offering a full refund of my purchase. Since the game itself was perfectly playable (only the box was damaged), I did not expect any type of compensation. I very much appreciate the seller reaching out to me and offering compensation. But none is necessary. The only issue i have is that the black plastic it was wrapped in, the seller attached the adhesive directly to the DVD packaging & I couldn't get all the adhesive or the black plastic off of it, so I won't be giving this as a gift.
