There was a minor issue with shipping (not their fault) which the seller addressed IMMEADIATELY. I received them in perfect condition and no defects and easily verified them on Popmart. I appreciated the communication with seller and they kept in contact until they were delivered. I think they're a good price for such hard to find items.

The appearance they were brand new and were authentic Labubu’s. They appearance looked brand new which they were. Exactly as I ordered very happy with seller and product. They came very quick.

However, bought it a week before the seller dropped the price by $15, so was really disappointed to see that. For that price would have been good if the shipping process was better protected. Didn't have to sign for it, it was dropped off at my doorstep.
