I ordered them on Ebay and was what i ordered at the time. This seller sold me the same thing but under misleading or just plane false advertisement. They offered a refund of the item but is not the point. Didn't even come close to what i ordered and what was advertised. Was not even compatible with my kids PS5 as promised in details . I am a gamer also. Not cool man. Got to give credit though. We have sold over 100 of this update USB, which is specifically designed for updating PS5 consoles for customers without internet access. It seems this GAMER misunderstood the product, thinking it was an external hard drive for expanding their PS5 storage. However, the listing clearly states that this USB is intended for updating your PS5. JFC
