It wasn't until I mentioned negative feedback did I get a reply. The reply told me to deal with ebay basically saying not their problem... the item came in it's box with a shipping label slapped on it... nothing to protect it, box arrived damaged, also is missing the piece of paper / instructions that explain how to use then and with what app... disappointed

Seller shipped a replacement after I contacted them. Received the new shipment in a clear bag with a zip opening. I can see how easily the contents could "go missing". Product could be packaged better in my opinion. Communication was okay. I do like the weights!
