The unit itself was well supported in the box but the power brick and keyboard were just tossed in the box and allowed to rattle around in shipping. Fortunately, the screen was not damaged. There was minor cosmetic damage to the frame that may have been from shipping or may have preexisted. I can’t tell which. Overall I’m pleased with the computer which is for my daughter to use for school and content creation. Thank you for the good deal, do better with packing.

Thank God these folks fill that need, and they do it excellently. The drive appears brand new; it was safely packed and quickly shipped, the communication was perfect, the price was excellent, and I am delighted. They have my highest recommendation.

Buyer extremely pleased.
