The boxes were sealed as described, and I have no reason to think they’re anything but brand new. Everything expected in the packages were there, and they both work perfectly. I only needed one starter pack, but it was less expensive to buy two starter packs instead of buying two expansion sets to get the number of lines I needed. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and with the seller!
