- *****- Votos emitidos por el comprador.Últimos 6 mesesCompra verificadaNicely packed and great delivery but the brackets for the glass front need to be already assembled in place ig you order glass as knocking out metsl capped holes you need a punch and getting the tiny machine screws in complete with nuts is impossible I gave up and fitted 4 self tapping ones instead .The metal is very thin and the unit is stylish but really needs to be made of heavy gauge material. But not bad .

Easy to install, easy to operate and puts out a lot more heat than I expected. As a focal point it’s wonderful. A real flickering fire without all the hassle of wood or coal and dirt and ashes. For those cozy winter nights I can’t recommend enough. Fast delivery and really well made product.

The address label on the package was not waterproof and the rain had smeared the ink but the lettering was still readable. Disappointed with the courier here - he just left the package at the wrong address (down the street) and marked the delivery as "delivered". Of course I was curious when I saw this notification and went to search for it. I imagine it would have been a difficult time trying to explain this to the seller had I not found it.

Packaging is not the same as shown but contents seem just as good. When I have had to contact seller due to a non delivery they corrected the error immediately with no fuss. (This delivery problem may have been due to the courier & not the seller).
