Only small thing was the holes for the headboard screws aren’t visible and you need to break through the fabric to get to them. Ordered with the orthopaedic mattress which isn’t firm enough for what I’d like but that’s personal preference. Still I think a great bed for the price!

We ordered the king base with 2 foot end draws and a king orthopaedic mattress. Much better night sleep than on the old bed. The wrong size base was delivered at first but once I brought this to Klien’s attention they arranged the exchange and I had to give them last minute instructions (my fault) to exchange it from a safe place. They handled it well and were accommodating.

I am not 100% sure on the condition - it is new and it looks great however I have noticed the draws are a bit flimsy we are only using them for bedding. Besides that the bed is comfortable and the mattress is GREAT. 👍 B+
- m***r (986)- Votos emitidos por el comprador.Mes pasadoCompra verificadaamazing quality, amazing value, I love the look of this bed and brought it the second I saw it, there was a slight mishap with the wrong bed getting delivered but the seller very quickly resolved this and got the beds exchanged, I can honestly say I have never received such good quality customer service in my life, I received regular updates and genuine apologies for the mishap, the bed was as described brand new it's a solid bed what will last years I would highly recommend this seller 👍👍😃

Good response to all messages and delivery times were within the timeframe. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of a double bed quickly. The delivery driver was careful with the components and offered me the service of assembly for an extra fee which I accepted as a senior citizen living alone. He tidied up the packaging and left all in a tidy package ready for disposal.

All correspondence was professional and the delivery driver gave us a ring 30 mins before to check we were in. Bang on time and very polite and professional, helped me get mattress into hall. Not used mattress as yet but it didn’t come all rolled up like the cheaper ones do but it was still only £130 for a quality Kingsize mattress! Good value for money I would recommend this company to buy off ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
