In this thrilling and sometimes-comedic supernatural anime, it's turn-of-the-second-millennium Japan and young Masahiro is resentful of his seeming lack of a preternatural sixth sense despite his being the grandson of the powerful Seimei, an "onmyoji." But when a strange creature shows him that he does in fact have powers, Masahiro will stop at nothing to stop the demons constantly invading from the Underworld and other foreign lands. Featuring episodes 5-8 of the 26-episode series, volume two continues the "Kyuki" story arc, in which a winged tiger from the West and his demonic cronies descend upon the inexperienced Masahiro.
