It said how they want my experience to be great and if there's an issue they want to make it right. They even gave instructions on how to contact the seller from the ebay page so as to send them the message. It was surprising to see, but I really appreciated that they wanted things to be great for the person buying their product. Would 100% recommend.

Don't settle for loose discs or those GameStop cases! I appreciate that "Fragile handle with care" was printed on the packaging as well! Thank you so much

Case arrived as described in near mint condition, with practically no damage to the cover art. Best place to buy replacement cases, would definitely recommend!
