    Item arrived in a box that had been previously opened and taped shut. The box the item was in had a shipping label that had been removed, but it's backing was still attached. There was a UPC label that had been partially removed. but remnants of the label remained on the box. Seller maintained the item was new as advertised, but I had my doubts. Seller did, however, agree to a return and refund.
