We were offered several different options, including a refurbished unit, but we didn’t fall for that. We bought this new part and problem sold. Back to failing! The real test of a great seller is how they handle user error. They refunded my purchase with a small fee (for opening the unopened box -reasonable). What I hoped and more than what I expected.
