Tbh that's the first time I've ever gotten them received in a cup but I'm sure it was to ensure nothing would damage them so all is well. The pets came exactly as they were in the picture and thankfully came smoke free so I don't have to clean them that much. Thankyou again!!

I feel the seller explained and showed exactly what I needed to want to purchase. Shipping is expensive for everyone on everything so it's really no an option to critique; it's just part of the equation.
