I bought the wrong product which I discovered after opening the packaging. The packaging ripped, it is not strong, which resulted in a 20% hit on my return amount which I find over the top AND I was not aware that could even happen. It should say: "Returns allowed BUT if you actually unpack the product, you'll be hit with a 20% reduction on the purchase price". I would not have bought it then.

On checking the contents the phono lead was missing, I emailed & was answered promptly, very apologetic & the new lead arrived the very next day. I know minor problems can occur, but this one was sorted-out very quickly & entirely to my complete satisfaction. Open box purchase, does exactly what I was expecting, very pleased with the product & the price.
