I wish there were some instructions on how to use the small pieces that fit onto the side if this though. This thing is amazingly effective. Been dealing with ileopsoas pain for quite a while and this was magical at immediately releasing the muscle segments. My knee pain was so bad I was using a cane and after releasing the iliacus it’s been gone now for 2 days. The side pieces are for Occipital relief. By applying pressure to the base of the skull and neck you can significantly reduce neck and head tension.

He uploaded tracking said it shipped but it was never scanned into the postal system. 2 weeks later I still hadn't received it and emailed him, said I wanted it. He refunded my money but he still selling them on ebay so he should have sent it. He ran a sale on ebay when I bought it and I believe he backed out on the sale because he wanted more money.
