I had to cancel my first order because I entered the incorrect address and the seller was very accommodating and quick to respond. Instead of opening the box, I contacted the seller and described this problem. Seller was very accommodating offered me a discount. I did wait to open the box and the ordered was correct but there was a missing piece, which was one of the reasons why I shipped back.
