NEW Kitchen aid hand mixers are costly and this does come with a 2 year warranty. Since I’m 78 I’m crossing my fingers it’ll last as long as I do! It has not yet arrived but is scheduled for delivery tomorrow. This was absolutely the best price I could find for a kitchen aid hand mixer.

I had to contact kitchen aide support twice, to get them to admit that I had only received one unit. I finally sent pictures of the box with shipping labels clearly showing that I had received a package containing only one refurbished maker. I am surprized that your shipping dept. does not clearly show what was shipped and when, they were inferring I had received both items in the 1st box and trying to get a 3rd free.

I ordered from the same seller a different color that I desired and waited for the pending payment to change I received no response and there was an email received saying sorry we’re not able to cancel the order. I received both KitchenAid’s at the same time and now I have to either sell it with customer pickup or find a way to get to the Fedex to return. Box completely unopened.

Completely disappointment and disgusted by KitchenAid. The item i received was as described except the 2 prongs of the electrical cord had been pushed together.
