The device is small, and for a random pick, I can't fault it. Yes, there are some light marks, but you must look for them. Super fast delivery, very well packed. The battery doesn't hold charge for long, but a replacement isn't that expensive. I used the Black Friday discount which out of all the sellers, was the best. The response to my mistakes was swift and positive, I recommend it on all fronts.

That is EXCELLENT customer service. The computer arrived, and was in better than described condition and is now running Debian like a dream. I'm very happy with my purchase and would buy again. One small issue the item was clearly advertised as a HP Monitor but a NEC monitor arrived. I now realise that somewhere in the description it did mention that the item may be one of many branded makes. They admit they should have advised me thay my ordered machine was out of stock and not just sent an alternative. Also, they offered a free return label. However, I accepted a small financial gesture of good will to keep the machine as I had already set up the new machine and disposed of the packaging. So far I am pleased with the machine I received.
