When I opened the package all the pieces were there except for the serving pieces. I called, the phone was answered immediately by the COO of the company, Michael. I told him that I was missing those pieces. He asked what he could do; he could refund me for the missing pieces or I could send all back for a complete refund. I told him that I wanted the pieces. A few days later I received the missing pieces.
