    1.They sent a different model than the one depicted. 2.It was missing the tiny plastic retainer for the connecting rod to crankshaft juncture. 3.It was missing the owners manual and they denied that it was supposed to have one until I included a photo from the ad that included the owners manual. After all of this ping-pong communication, they decided to refund my purchase price. They did not include any instructions for returning the product so I assume that they are allowing me to keep it.

    No issues at all with the pen case. I reviewed it and it was brand new as advertised. Arrived in a plastic bag and was in pristine shape. This also saved me some time going to the store to buy a school pouch for the new year. The bag was a little on the small side and may be only able to hold a few items, but that's ok. My daughter wanted this and that's all that matters. Very happy with this purchase as well as this seller.
