Turns out this axle shaft was manufactured in India. The bearing is Toyo brand. Could have been manufactured in Japan, China, or India. My only issue is that not all parts in the picture were included. Buyer communicated quickly, noted the picture had not been updated and issued a partial refund. They were able to provide the part number for the piece I needed and I was able to find it from another dealer.
