Runs fine for a bit then starves or floods. It behaves as if the fuel metering diaphragm or needle malfunctions. Then I have to start all over and it works fine after resetting the jets to fully closed and then taking them to the 1 1/4 open position for the starting spot. Adjust H to full throttle proper engine behavior, then the L to just starting to "burbble". Runs great until it doesn't and then a do over.

No big deal, and guess its okay since the price was right. But the delivery from contractor was sub par. Luckily i have security cameras alerted me to delivery for my prompt recovering of box left too close to public sidewalk. not seller fault.
