    They shipped the wrong item. Not a big hassle. They emailed me a return shipping label. I sent the item back. They were slow shipping the correct item, due to they were in the process of of moving. Overall it was a good experience. The coilovers are in good shape and work as they should. Good value. Item came with a few scratches which is expected with an open-box item. Appearance is good.

    I ended up cancelling this order because they were back ordered from the manufacturer. But I am NOT leaving the seller neg. feedback. He kept me informed of everything, offered a couple times to send something else or refund me. I VERY MUCH appreciate customer SERVICE! It's non-existent with some ebay sellers. I eventually took them up on the refund simply because I, am impatient.

    Ordered the extreme low bcs. It did take a while for them to be made, but it was totally worth it. Wish they kept me updated with the shipping because they kind of just arrived out of the nowhere, but it’s not a big deal. The package had no damage and was in great condition. They ride so smooth and have a big drop. Totally would buy again and wait the time to receive them. Seller kept me in touch and they have great customer service.
