This could have been easily fixed by sending USPS or requiring a physical address but they obviously don't have their business figured out. Customer service terrible!

When I went to return it I selected "doesn't fit" which is a true statement. I was charged for shipping because I didn't choose "not as described" which is also true. I contacted the seller but they never responded to me. This is what disappointed me. If I was a kind of person that left negative feedback I would have but I just can't leave negatives. Still, disappointed by the whole transaction.

That is so much better than others on EBAY that give you the run around. I run into that a few times with some items . I tell them look you put a 1 year warranty on the item not me. Only when you tell them your getting negative feed back do they honor their warranty. Those are the sellers I will not buy from again. These guys are AAA+60% OFF 120 Each 3M 241E 3/4"x18" 60 Grit XE-Wt Cloth File Belt (#114498159871)
