The outline around all of the patterns was not straight!! The buyer contacted us asking us to sell the item at a reduced price - we declined. They then bought the item at the listed price and on receipt they claimed that one of the shapes wasn't a triangle (3 pink triangles together made a new shape as per photo) they demanded a reduction in price - we declined reassuring it was not faulty. Negative feedback left when they simply could have returned.
