I believe I've ordered from them before, very happy with the transaction, despite the issue with the missing part

Seller offered free return but kid had to ride his bike so.. seller did not offer partial refund so we suggested to check future sales and quality control to avoid this problem in the future. Come monday i was making a trip into asheville anyway and just decided to buy this part from a shop. Seller's response times to messages and requests are fantastic, and the cancelation and refund process was totally painless even though it was 100% entirely my fault. Should they have something i need, will def be doing business again with this seller.
