Returns & Refunds We will refund or replace any items that you are not completely satisfied with, within 14 days of receipt as long as the goods are returned with their original packaging, have not been used and are in the condition they were when received. We will not be liable for the cost of shipping/handling returned goods, except where the goods are faulty. Please ask the Post Office for a free certificate of postage. Only non-toxic paint and natural fibre materials have been used, and strict attention to detail has been observed at all times. We have included guidance on the suitable age range to accompany each of our toys, making sure that any items containing small parts are clearly labelled as unsuitable for very young children and babies.
