Delivery In most cases your item will be despatched the same day it is ordered (up to 3.00pm). We do allow up to 2 working days for despatch of your item for Parcelforce and Royal Mail collection delays, and any postal strikes. Delivery insurance With all our listings we offer optional postal insurance. This is to cover items lost in transit and damage occurred during delivery. **important** If your item gets lost in transit by Parcelforce or Royal Mail and you have not selected the optional insurance we cannot reimburse you for it. It is up to you to track and trace where the item is and claim for any losses from the courier company direct. If you do select the extra insurance then we will reimburse you in full if the item is lost. The above policy applies for damage occurred whilst with the courier company. Returns We offer a no quibble 7 day returns policy with all our items, however the item needs to be returned within 7 days from receipt and complete with all original packing, leads, accessories etc…basically the condition it arrived to you in. We do not pay or reimburse for return postage or collection costs under any circumstance. Faulty items With all items sold we offer a 30 day breakdown warranty. This covers mechanical faults only and not customer mis-use issues such as accidentally dropping it. (Your household contents insurance will cover this).
