Payment Methods
Once you have committed to purchase an item we ask that you pay within 48 hours so that we can get the item dispatched to you as soon as possible. We will make exceptions to this rule if you make us aware that you are unable to pay within 48 hours. If you do not make us aware that you are unable to pay, when 5 days have passed since committing to purchase, an unpaid item case will open automatically, if this remains unpaid it will be recorded against your eBay account.

Shipping and Tracking
We aim to dispatch your order, no matter the destination within 2 working days. We only use recorded delivery services for all orders for your protection. We will provide you with the tracking number so you can monitor your package location at all times. This means you don't have to worry about your item becoming lost in the post and waste time pursuing lost items later on. You will find your tracking number in your purchase history list in eBay for your purchase from Action_Figs. Please note, during busy times of the year it may take a little longer for your item to get through the postal network to arrive with you.
In the unlikely event of delivery taking longer than it should, we recommend you getting in touch with your local post office, as if delivery has been attempted and you were not at the in at the time of attempted delivery then the postal service will hold on to the item for only a certain amount of time before returning it to sender. If the item is returned to us you would have two options
- Refund for the item only, as postage is a cost that we cannot reclaim
- We can resend the item, postage for the item to be sent again will be the buyers responsibility, and an invoice will be sent to your PayPal address to cover the postage before the item is sent
Our dedicated shipping team will ensure that your item is selected and packed with the utmost care. We do not make a profit on postage. The postage charge shown is calculated based on the packaging materials used, the stamp itself and the item weight.
If you want to save money on postage on request we can remove figures from their packaging to make the postage cheaper, please note in this case the item will be non refundable
Packaging
When packaging our items we take as much care as possible to make sure there is a minimal amount of movement of the item within its container during transit. Where necessary we will make sure the items are protected with bubble wrap or various other padding in order to drastically reduce the possibility of the item being damaged.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original sealed condition within 7 days of receipt. We will issue a refund on receipt and after inspection that the item is in a condition for resale. Delivery charges are non refundable, unless the goods are faulty. Please note that on returning items: The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our Warehouse, unless sent via special delivery.
*Note: Items will not be accepted for refund under any circumstance if the plastic shell has been opened, or if the packaging has been damaged as a result of opening boxed items.
Product and Packaging Condition Policy
We don't ever claim any item to be in perfect condition because upon close inspection defects can always be found. If you want complete perfection then please don't buy the item. Check the photo thoroughly and ask questions when you are not sure of the items condition from the description
We try to publish as much useful information as possible about the products to help you make a decision on your purchase. If there is any further information you need to know, be sure to and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
Because we offer many older products, (in some cases over 20 years old), in some instances there may be significant shelf wear or damage to packaging but this will be highlighted in the product listing.
On occasions because we have many of the same item, the item in the picture may not always be the exact one received, but any significant defects will be communicated to the buy in the listing.
With most older stock there may be some minor shelf wear to some items, such damage would include;
- Price label removed sticky residue remains
- Price label present
- Minor scuffing to corners/edges
- Minor defects on cardface
In cases of major damage to an items packaging this would be specified in the item's description. We do not guarantee against damage to items during transit.
If your item is received damaged as a result of damage in transit we will assist you with any information you would require for you to make a claim for damages to your item to the postage carrier.
International Buyers
We only ship internationally using trackable delivery services.
Please do not contact us requesting we lower the shipping prices. Unfortunately shipping abroad using trackable delivery is very expensive now and many sellers have stopped this service altogether. We however, like to offer our items to international customers but it often makes sense to buy several items at the same time to allow postage costs to be combined
Be aware that your item may have taxes due when it arrives in customs in your country (if you are outside the EU). Do not ask us to send items as a gift because it is illegal and we won't do it.
If you refuse to pay the customs charges then we will be unable to refund you for the delivery costs and you will only be refunded if the item is returned to us in its original condition.
